Once an order is shipped, an e-mail containing the tracking is automatically sent to the address you entered when placing the order.

AOL and Yahoo e-mail users – we are aware of a glitch with your email servers that rejects our order confirmations and are working on a solution with them.

Standard transit time is 2-9 business days via USPS, however, transit time during the COVID-19 Pandemic has increased due to the USPS realizing increased volume and other challenges. This has increased some transit times significantly. Please have patience, if you do not receive your parcel within 14 days, contact your local USPS office and ask them to conduct a ‘hard’ trace on the shipment.

Phunkshun Wear accepts returns of products sold on phunkshunwear.com that are unworn, unwashed, and unused up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, any returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the original purchase price. Original shipping charges are not refundable. All items are subject to review and inspection upon arrival.

All sales of products from our Outlet or products on sale are final and not eligible for return for refund. If you decide to return these items they will be donated to a charity and no refund will be given.

Protocol for returning item(s) to Phunkshun Wear – Include your original packing slip, or a printed copy of your order confirmation. Mark the paper with the reason for return. Send back using traceable shipping service. Phunkshun Wear not responsible for items lost in transit and only take responsibility for items delivered to our facility.

Please understand – if there is a noticeable smell to our review team (Perfume, Cologne, Smoke, etc…) No refund will be issued and items returned will be destroyed.

Due to the heavily discounted nature, sales using a discount such as a Pro Form / Pro Offer / Pro Deal / Industry Deals / etc… and the like are final and inelegible for return.

For returns of order(s) that received ‘free shipping’, shipping cost will be assessed and deducted from final reimbursement of refunds and store credits. Any shipping cost that you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless it is a company error. Non-refundable shipping applies to both domestic and international shipping.

Phunkshun Wear warrants their product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original purchase date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. Phunkshun W=ear agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on the original dated sales receipt.

Items are typically restocked each month if they are ‘in-season’. We do not re-stock winter items in summer.
